Since 1994 it has brought nearly 70 high school and students for study in the United States. · Supervising other staff in the United States and Bosnia and overseeing the work of volunteers.

· With Board support, taking the lead in securing needed financial, volunteer, and other resources needed to implement the programs of COB. · Overseeing the contract relationship with the Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Red Cross as it provides direct support to students from Bosnia in the United States on behalf of COB. With Board support, build and sustain relationships with other partner and allied organizations.

· Taking the lead in gaining visibility for the work of the Community of Bosnia and advancing the organization's goals through work with the media and through public presentations. Seeking out and shaping imaginative responses to opportunities for interpretation of Bosnia through the media, with policy makers, and with other targeted audiences.

· Assuring that the administration of records and funds is carried out responsibly and that routine office functions are sustained in an orderly manner.

Qualifications
1. A passionate commitment to assisting in the rebuilding of a multi-ethnic state of Bosnia and to supporting Bosnian students in the United States to find ways of participating in that process.

2. A combination of knowledge, skill, and enthusiasm for seeking out new opportunities for a small, flexible, mission-driven organization.

3. Knowledge of Bosnia and the Balkans.
